3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Remember waking up to the smell of pancakes being made by your mother? I would jump out of bed, grab a stack of fluffy pancakes, slather them in butter, and drown them with homemade maple syrup. That was the beauty of being a young child and not even thinking…let alone caring, about what all that butter and syrup were doing to my body! But who says you can’t enjoy pancakes anymore? These may not be your mother’s pancakes, but they are delicious, gluten-free, flourless, low calorie, AND 3 ingredients!

3 Ingredient Pancakes: (Serves 2)


Optional adds for extra flavor:

Warm Blueberry Syrup: (*21 calories per Tbsp)

Stack the 3 Ingredient Pancakes right off the griddle onto your plate, and pour the Warm Blueberry Syrup over the top. Serve with a cold glass of almond milk. Yum!!!
