4 Minute Abs

Spoiler Alert: Crunches and sit-ups are not the secret to six-pack abs… not to mention that crunches can get super boring. As you know proper diet is essential for carving out that six-pack. But here are six key exercises to get you started on making your abs the best they’ve ever been, strengthening your core and building endurance. Try moving through these six ab exercises continually for 4 minutes to get a great cardio workout as well.
