5 Day Hydration Challenge

I know, I know, you’ve heard it a million times before, “Drink plenty of water” but we can’t say it enough, water is the best and cheapest way to improve your health, and just feel better. 

Ready to drink more water and start a 5 day hydration challenge?

We’ve got a 5 day hydration challenge to make sure you’re getting enough of it! Just print off our downloadable daily chart and put it where you will see it the most. Cross off one water glass for each 8 oz. of water you drink. Follow the daily challenges to help you get your water intake, and to make things fun.

Can you count soda, juice or milk? Uh, nope! Sparkling water, sure! The whole point of this challenge is to drink more water! If you don’t like the taste of plain water, then turn your lemons into lemon water! Get creative and stay motivated.

    This makes alot of sense. Especially since it’s turned hot outside.

    That was more water that I normally drink. I did feel better and hopefully I can remember to keep up the challenge. I also got in more steps running back and forth.
