Don’t give up. Not yet. There is a WHOLE LIFE ahead of you.

The challenge that changes your whole life starts today! The Whole Life Challenge is a 6-week lifestyle journey, dedicated to improving your health, fitness, and overall well-being — one habit at a time. Each day for the duration of the 6-week Challenge, you’ll get points for completing each of the 6 Daily Habits: nutrition, exercise, sleep, hydration, well-being and reflection. These 6 habits work together to create an effect in your life that’s hard to overdo — after a few days, you’ll feel rested, energized, present, strong, healthy and most likely even happier!  We bet you’ll say; “My whole life has been changed by this experience.”

It’s Simple:

You will track your daily habits on the daily task section of the website. The challenge is worth 100 point for participating! You can access the challenge by clicking on the challenge section of the website.
