Over 70% of Americans complain of back pain at some point in their life.  Your back plays a vital role in how your entire body functions; it’s attached to your hips, abdominals, chest, shoulders, and neck. Stretching and strengthening this section of the body will relieve you of that constant nagging pain that many experience.

Watch this video for two simple exercises that will stretch and strengthen your back!

    I use yoga back bends such as cobra or bridge to strengthen my back. I also lift the baby and car seat etc. constantly and have learned to use my legs instead of only my back to allow my whole body to lift the weight so i do not injure my spine.
