Baked Granola Cups

Today calls for these cute baked granola cups. They are delicious, easy to make and adorable on any table. You can freeze them to enjoy later for a rainy day.

1 cup bananas, mashed
2 cups old fashion oats
1 tsp pure vanilla
1-2 tsp raw honey
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly spray 6 muffin tin cups with cooking spray.
n a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
Press granola mixture in bottom and up the sides of muffin tin cups.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or lightly browned.
Let cool and top with Greek yogurt, your choice of fruit and drizzle with added honey, if desired.

    These look good. Is there supposed to be cinnamon listed in the ingredient list? I see it in the photo but not on the list. Yummy!

    I bet the cinnamon would have made a big difference. I made it without and the granola cups were too plain.
