Balancing Flow

Good Morning! I taught this flow in my class this morning and wanted to share it with you. It’s a killer flow for balance.

If you find a pose to be challenging, try holding the posture for a few breathes even if you fall out of it, It will help you strengthen your balance. Use your breath to help you keep your balance and remain focused. Watch the video for the complete flow and feel free to repeat from right side to left to get an amazing cardio workout too.
