Bedtime Yoga For Better Sleep

Do this relaxing yoga sequence, then drift off to sleep…

Stop counting sheep and slip into dreamland with these 4 simple yoga poses. Yoga is a natural way to settle and ease muscular tension. The combination of breath and movement can help calm the mind and counteract stress. The best part is that you can do them all in your bedroom…right next to your bed!

Practice these poses with eyes closed, using slow deep breathing.

You can always place a folded blanket or bolster under the low back for support. Stay in the pose anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
