Belly Slimming Green Drink

Had one too many Oreos this past weekend…feeling bloated? We’ve all been there! This belly-slimming juice is just what you’ve been looking for! We used tons of fruits and veggies to pack in vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants while keeping the calories low. And while you might think the juice may not look or taste very yummy, think again! The pineapple gives it a sweet flavor and helps mask the spinach and broccoli. The broccoli and cucumber both give tons of nutrients while filling you up. And while the mint adds a light and crisp flavor, it’s also a stimulant, so it stimulates the digestive enzymes that absorb nutrients and turn fat into usable energy. If you’re new to green drinks, you can throw these ingredients in a juicer rather than a high speed blender like I did.

Instructions

  1. Juice or blend all of the ingredients in a juicer or high powered blender until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled over ice.
