Have you heard of Crunchwraps? No??
They are delicious, crunchy wraps that can be filled with ANYTHING you want!
Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner…..serious, we’ve made these in a pinch, for just about any meal, with all kinds of ingredients and they are tasty!
Our daughter, who is in college and also working, hardly has time to cook, so I bulk-cook a bunch of these breakfast wraps, double wrap in plastic wrap and have her take them home to put in freezer for fast on-the-go breakfasts.

1 uncooked flour tortilla
2 slices Kirkland brand Turkey Bacon
1 Tblsp low fat cheese of choice
Optional: 1/4 c 100% egg whites for added protein.
In a heated skillet, brown one side only of flour tortilla. Remove and flip so toasted side is facing up.
In same skillet, scramble egg until done.
On toasted tortilla, layer turkey bacon, scrambled egg and top with cheese.
Tightly fold edges of tortilla towards center, creating pleats.
Quickly turn over wrapped tortilla and place on heated skillet (make sure pleats are facing bottom of skillet) for about 30 seconds, flip and toast other side.
