Bring Your Tupperware, You’re Going To Need It

No, it’s not a tupperware party, it’s meal prep! A little bit of time prepping can save you from dozens of bad decisions in the week, and be the difference between success and failure (whether you are trying to gain muscle or lose weight).

How is this possible? We say it so often, and we won’t let up because it’s so true: 80-90% of your success or failure, no matter your goals, will come from what you eat. Look, life get’s chaotic, crap happens. And we KNOW this, which means if we can set ourselves up for success with a good meal prep system amidst this chaotic reality, it’s a near guaranteed way to level up.
