Guess what?? There’s no need to chug the same plain water all the time to hit your daily amount of recommended water! Let’s switch things up and perk up your taste buds!

WATER WATER WATER!

We’ve all heard that it’s vital to our health to drink enough water during the day. But why?? Staying hydrated affects brain function, energy levels, keeps headaches away, prevents kidney stones, lessens hangovers and helps weight loss—just to name a few.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED?

Six to eight glasses of water is the recommended daily amount. I don’t know about you, but sometimes it’s tricky for me to remember to drink that much water. With busy schedules it’s easy to let it slide or reach for a soda instead. I’m all about transforming anything you’re supposed to do into the most fun version of it, so let’s get started!

Follow these three easy steps for water packed with flavor. You’ll hit your daily amount in no time and enjoy every second!
