I’ll send you an email. But what struck me is the balance and value. What I value I find others don’t hold the same level and now being sick I find things left undone even tho this situation still holds the same value other let it go and fail to met the deadlines. So really how important is it?
I think we all have to work hard to create boundaries. I often struggle to develop boundaries between work and personal life. I agree with what Podcast, allowing the pressures to take over can not only take over a routine, but can make it difficult to develop one.
Balance is so important, but so hard to achieve! I often do well for a while and then slowly slip back into old habits. It’s always good to have a reminder to step back and look at my life and re-evaluate my values and time.
