Crispy Baby Kale Chips

These crispy baby kale chips are to die for! Crispy & delicious. Don’t believe me? I was a skeptic at first too, until I tried it for myself. After the first time I made them I was hooked! The end result was exactly what I wanted. A crispy, salty healthy snack that’s super easy to make.

Are you still on the fence about trying kale? Baby kale is so tender and mild flavored. It’s really perfect for people who are not so sure about kale but want to incorporate it into their diets. I’m willing to bet you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine kale and olive oil in a large bowl, mixing to get olive oil onto both sides of every piece of kale. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake for 10-12 min. and enjoy! *Be sure not to over bake as the kale will burn easily.
