Cure Your Sweet Tooth

Happy Monday! This week I want to share my favorite 2 ingredient recipe for homemade, healthy “ice-cream”.

This recipe is incredibly easy to make and will cure your sweet tooth without the guilt.

You’ll need:

4 large ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter

Peel and slice your bananas and put them in the freezer for two hours or so. Once they are frozen put them in a high speed blender or a food processor. Blend on high for a couple of minutes or until there are no longer any frozen chunks of bananas. You may need to occasionally scrape the bananas off the side of the blender.

Add your peanut butter and blend for another minute until it’s a smooth, creamy consistency. Once that’s done your ice-cream is ready to enjoy!

I love this recipe because it doesn’t have any sugar or dairy and nobody would ever guess that there is only 2 ingredients. I top mine with shredded coconut, cacao chips, and chia seeds if I want to jazz it up a bit. Enjoy!
