    Great advice! I know I have a big problem with this. I do crash diets and lose weight, but as soon as I stop, it comes right back on again plus more! Thanks for the advice to concentrate on nutrition and not calories.

    I hadn’t realized how non-nourishing my daily diet has been until that day I looked at what I had eaten during that day. Surprising! I need to pay more attention ton eating whole foods, more veggies for sure. Thanks for the reminder.
