Eat. Clean. Food.

It’s no secret what we eat is central to our health. The food we eat give our bodies instructions how to function.   Thinking about food in this way gives us a view of nutrition that goes beyond calories or grams, “good foods” or “bad foods.”  This view leads us to focus on foods we should include rather than foods to exclude.

Instead of viewing food as the enemy, it’s time we look to food as a way to create health, happier heads and a better way of life.

    Powerful message! I wish I would have learned this 20 years ago. I’ve wasted so much time with diets, counting everything and restriction.
