Fall Workout

Don’t get weighed down by bags of Halloween candy this year; Get in the spirit of Halloween with a fun Fall workout that requires only one piece of equipment that you’ll definitely have at home this time of year — a pumpkin!  Find a pumpkin that is heavy for it’s size and is sturdy. Make sure the pumpkin isn’t so big that you can’t safely hold onto it during your workout.

 The perfect place to do this workout is outside so you can enjoy the fresh crisp air and beautiful Fall colors! Get ready to tone your legs, abs, and arms. There is no need to fear Halloween anymore when you have this workout on your side!
