Fly High But Stay Grounded

Every now and then I lose my drive. The burn out sets in and I feel like quitting everything and starting fresh. Simple tasks are no longer simple and I find myself getting frustrated and overwhelmed with life and its demands.   To keep myself from throwing in the towel I practice staying grounded.
