Healthified Granola Bars

An easy recipe that is naturally sweetened (honey from our backyard beehives!) and contains healthy ingredients.
This recipe uses Enjoy Life brand of chocolate chips, which are free of dairy, gluten and soy; but still have a great chocolate taste.
You can omit the chocolate and add any dried fruit or nuts to this recipe if you prefer!

1 tsp olive or coconut oil
1/4 c 100% egg whites (2 egg whites work!)
1/4 c plain Greek yogurt
3 Tblsp raw honey (pure maple syrup works!)
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Organic Crisp Brown Rice Cereal
1 c old fashioned oats (gluten free of needed)
2 1/2 Tblsp miniature chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 300°
Lightly spray an 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk oil and egg whites until thoroughly combined.
Add in yogurt, honey and salt and mix.
Stir in rice cereal, oats and chocolate chips.
Gently press mixture into prepared pan and bakefor 16-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
