This frozen yogurt recipe contains just four essentials: Greek Yogurt, frozen fruit, honey, & a splash of vanilla. No need for additives, this healthy treat is perfect if you’re looking to lighten things up! And the best part? All you need is a blender.

Add your favorite fruit and the remaining ingredients into a blender

Blend until smooth & then freeze until you’re ready to serve. Easy peasy!

Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt


  • 4 cups frozen strawberries*
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt*
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp honey


  1. Combine the frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and honey in your blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until it is creamy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer until you are ready to serve.
  • *Strawberries can be switched out for any type of frozen fruit.
  • *You can use full-fat Greek yogurt or any percentage of fat, however, the more fat, the creamier the frozen yogurt will be.
  • This Greek frozen yogurt will last up to 1 month when stored properly in an airtight container in the freezer.
