I’m nuts for these almonds! I love the sweet and salty combo. If you’ve ever bought those expensive gourmet nuts, you’ll love these…not to mention way healthier and much less expensive.
Here’s How:
2 cups raw almonds
3 T honey
3 T water
1 T olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
Grab a skillet, combine the olive oil, honey and water. Heat it up to thin out the liquid, add the almonds, transfer and spread them out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet pan. Roast at 350 for 10-15 minutes, and boom!
Don’t forget to add the salt and you’re done! So easy!

I don’t see where the ingredient list is. How many nuts, how much oil, water, salt etc?
thanks,
Becky, I should’ve mentioned I usually eye this recipe depending on how many almonds I use and how sweet I want the almonds to taste. I’ve added the measurments to the blog! Let me know if you like them!
Looks good. Are they sticky?
Just a little sticky Mary.. not too bad. Once you roast them the mixture hardens a little. You’ll love them, hope you try them!
