Get Up & Move

Clear your mind and relax your body with this Wellness Week activity! Turn short breaks into meaningful activity with a little nudge from Salus. This challenge syncs with your calendar to create a daily activity reminder. Do one or all four, but make the commitment to maximize your breaks.

Stair Climber: Enjoy a 5-minute break taking the stairs. Set you timer and go!
Office Workout: Take the workout to your desk. Add Office Workout to your calendar and download the PDF.
Lunch Break: Renew with fresh air and enjoy a 10 – 20 min walk. Ask your favorite co-worker to join you or enjoy your stroll solo.
Dance Break: Stand up and shake your body to your favorite song. Who cares who’s looking, get your body pumping and popping.
