How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. We all know the saying, but we often fail to apply this lesson in our lives. If you view the elephant as one giant goal that your whole life depends on, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. Why not enjoy the bites along the way.

How do you want to look and feel by this time next year or month even? Start with some of these simple steps and see how, “small bites” can have a surprisingly big impact.
So with that, here are the steps to eating an elephant:

Emotion and adrenaline typically make things worse. So simply taking a moment to get some composure is going to help you a lot.

I like the idea of small bites. You can enjoy far more successes than only celebrating for the big, main goal.
