We all know that water is essential to our health, 2/3 of body is consists of water, yet most of us unknowingly suffer from chronic dehydration, this is a underlying cause of many illnesses. To most of us, we are always too busy to drink water, or we only drink water when we feel thirsty, that’s too late if so, thirst is signal which our body warn us that our body have lost water balance, and the cells have already dehydrated to serious situation.

I think you are right about you think you drink a lot of water but really not.

You’re welcome Carleen. Water is always the first thing I do every morning.
I agree with thinking you drink a lot of water when really that is not the case. I seem to be pretty good at drinking water during the work day but then forget to drink it when I get home. I realized that it’s because I don’t have an ice machine at home but have to have ice cold water in order to enjoy drinking it. My husband had the same issue so we got some insulated water bottles that not only make us drink more water at home, but we only have to put ice in them once and the water stays ice cold for hours! This is especially nice because now we aren’t constantly waiting for our ice trays to freeze!
