This 25 min intermediate power flow is for those who are looking to take their practice to the next level. However, I’ve included plenty of modifications for anyone that’s familiar with yoga. Take what you need from this class, from arm balances and standing balancing poses. This class will get you moving, strengthening, and challenging yourself. Remember, be patient with yourself, listen to your body, breathe and have fun!
SB2: Our SB2 flows strengthen both mind and body as you move through more challenging postures. In the SB2 videos, you will get to practice balancing poses that will help you connect with your breath as you build endurance. Get ready to take your yoga practice up a level.
What you need: Yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. Wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in.
