Hey Guys!

Let’s get to work! I’ve created nine exercises for your legs and abs. Below you will find workout instructions, sets, and reps.

Workout Instructions:
  1. Perform each exercise 20 reps or 20 seconds.
  2. Allow a 15 seconds break after each exercise.
  3. Repeat 2-3 times.
Exercise:
  1. Jumping Jacks – 20 reps
  2. Squats – 20 reps
  3. Lunges – 20 reps
  4. Wall sit – 20 seconds
  5. Side plank right/left – 20 seconds on each side
  6. Plank – 20 seconds
  7. Ball pikes – 20 reps
  8. Woodchops right/left – 20 reps on each side
  9. Crunches – 20 crunches
