Lemon Pepper Tuna w/ Spinach & Avocado

Happy Monday!

A few people have asked us how to maintain a healthy lifestyle on a budget. Staying committed to eating healthy can be hard, if you are lacking time or money it can be even more difficult.

We try to keep our lunches really simple. This salad only requires three things and you will have a balanced meal. We don’t put salad dressing on this dish because dressings often have sugar and other hidden ingredients.

Benefits

The tuna we use is only 80 calories and we love that it’s grab and go. Keep fresh spinach in your fridge and avocados on hand and you have everything you need. If you want to spice it up a bit you can add bell pepper, cucumber, and celery.
