It’s important to accept that we are not omnipotent or all powerful, and no amount of planning will change that the future is unknown. We must learn to let go of things that are out of our control and learn to trust. “Live life on life’s terms.” Accepting that life is unpredictable, trusting we can handle whatever comes our way. Keep calm and let go…Join us on today’s podcast and get advice for learning to let go to experience more peace and joy.
