M’lis Protein Pops
Yes we all know about the usual protein shakes, but did you realize it can also be integrated into a number of easy to make recipes?
These homemade protein pops couldn’t be more simple to make. And the best part is you can use whatever fresh fruit you have on hand to make them. Enjoy!
M'lis Protein Pops
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 2 scoops M.R.P, strawberry*
- 1 handful raspberries
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Evenly pour mixture into the popsicle mold & then place in the freezer, for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove pops from mold & enjoy!
To easily remove pops when ready to eat, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
