Mom was right, ‘you are what you eat.’ The state of your body and how well it works or feels depends on how well it’s nourished. Think about it, our bodies are composed primarily of the food and drinks we put in our mouths. That’s why what we put in them is of utmost importance — and why clean, whole food is an urgent priority and junk food is not so much.
