Morning Energizer Essential Flow

Stretch the entire front and the back of the body, build strength and boost energy levels with this full body energizing flow. This simple yoga flow gives you the right amount of stretch and focus to give you a peaceful and productive day! Repeat the flow on the left side moving back and forth as many times as you’d like to build a cardio workout.

 

 

Flow:

  • Downward facing dog
  • Lift your right leg to three-legged dog
  • Step through to low lunge
  • Lift to crescent lunge
  • Open the arms to warrior 2
  • Drop the forearm to the thigh extended side angle
  • Lift the upper body to reverse warrior
  • Straighten the front leg reaching down to triangle pose
  • Keep your front leg straight as you lift to reverse triangle pose
  • Cartwheel the arms to the mat as you bring the back knee to the front calf in shiva squat
  • Step back foot off the opposite side of the mat as you sit the hips back in a curtsey lunge
  • Chaturanga
  • Repeat on opposite leg

Rest in corpse pose lying flat on your back for 1-3 minutes
