Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter*
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp raisins*
  • 1/2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mash up the bananas in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Stir in the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, raisins, coconut & cinnamon.

  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 1" ball. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours, allowing the oats enough time to soften.

  5. Store any uneaten bites in the fridge.

Recipe Notes

Substitute almond butter for your favorite nut butter.

For a sweeter variation, switch out raisins for mini chocolate chips.
