No-Bake Energy Bites

This recipe is simple, full of tasty ingredients, & energizing. Pop them in for breakfast, a quick snack, post-workout, or as a sweet treat. Great to make on your meal prep day & keep in the fridge for an easy grab & go.

No-Bake Energy Bites | simple, tasty, & energizing!

No-Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter*
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp raisins*
  • 1/2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mash up the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, raisins, coconut & cinnamon.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 1″ ball. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours, allowing the oats enough time to soften.
  5. Store any uneaten bites in the fridge.
  • *Substitute almond butter for your favorite nut butter.
  • *For a sweeter variation, switch out raisins for mini chocolate chips.
