It can’t get any easier.  You can’t beat the simplicity of this recipe.  Quick to throw together and great for the whole family! This combination never fails to please. Whether it’s just banana topped with a little peanut butter or a smoothie, it’s hard to go wrong with this crowd pleasing flavor combo.

1 banana
2 Tblsp peanut butter of choice (any nut butter works!)
3 eggs
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
While skillet is heating, mash banana in a medium bowl.
Add peanut butter and eggs and mix well.
Pour a batter in 1/4 cup portions and cook for approximately 1 minute per side.
Easy and delicious!!

I generally don’t like pancakes, but these ones have piqued my interest. I may have to try them out.
