Whether it’s just banana topped with a little peanut butter or a smoothie, it’s hard to go wrong with this crowd pleasing flavor combo.
2 Tblsp peanut butter of choice (any nut butter works!)
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
While skillet is heating, mash banana in a medium bowl.
Add peanut butter and eggs and mix well.
Pour a batter in 1/4 cup portions and cook for approximately 1 minute per side.
