Picture It!

A picture is worth a thousand words.

If you are trying to lose weight (or just keep track of your nutrition) I suggest picture journaling. When a client sends me a picture I am able to offer advice based on what I see. It’s one of my best coaching tools. A picture never lies.

    I like this idea because I hate trying to write down everything i eat or do each day. I’m going to try this so I have a better idea of all the things I take into my body that are not so great so I can make the appropriate changes. Thanks Denise.
