So what exactly is circuit training?

Circuit training is a fast-paced body conditioning workout method that combines strength training and high-intensity aerobic exercises ( typically between 4 -10 exercises) to create a circuit. Circuit training is a smart way to perform full body workouts. The below workout targets almost all your body parts including abs, thighs and arms in one workout.

Perform each exercise for the time suggested with a 60-second rest at the end. Repeat 3-4 times.
Lunges: 60 Seconds
