    Thank you Denise for this podcast! I think sometimes it can be hard to identify ones core values because, especially these days, there are so many things going on and so many conflicting messages being sent our way. But if we really look at what we talk about the most and truly look for what occupies our minds the most, we will clearly see what is most important to us and that can open up so many doors to us as we come to understand ourselves better.
