“Revenge is never a straight line. It’s a forest, And like a forest it’s easy to lose your way… To get lost… To forget where you came in.”  Don’t get lost and lose sight, instead find the motivating factors to propel you.

    I sometimes get discouraged about working out in front of others. But since I got weighed with you. I am more motivated and been really planning my meals. Cooking at home and bringing what I need and keeping track on your nutrition chart. I plan out the whole day and set in the computer before I go home. I then eat and actually can tell myself what I need to do for dinner that night. I also have conquered working out in front of others. And have been doing the bicycle and treadmill every day. And try to do it a little longer on days I feel I can do the pace. I also do the weight machines for arms, and stair step machine and weight press with both legs. A try to do ten reps. and do of them three times. Many are way more advanced than me. But it does not bother me as much now. I focus on me. And a surprised how much I am enjoying the challenge. I hope I can keep it up

    I have a life full of challenge, but I learned Those who seek to revenge themselves often regret the effort. Its very tiring and heavy. don’t get me wrong I tried it before. Shopping, nails, hair all that did was make me poor LOL. I love Dennis & Emily
    the give me strength to find the joy and passion in health. This team challenge is so inspiring. I’m in awh of our team.
    Someone approached me this last week and thanked me for always smiling and being UP. I said thank you and really thought about that comment and I realized I feel so good when I choose to be that way.
