Spell Your Name Workout

I’ve always liked my name, but c’mon the M and L are killing me! What will your name have you do? The Name Workout seems to be very popular and the “must” workout for those on the go. There are a few reasons why we think people swear by this and that’s 1.) you don’t need equipment.  2.) it’s the perfect workout if you’re indoors, traveling and a good jumpstart to your day before you head out the door. Without a doubt, you will get a killer workout…but you may hate your name after you’re done.

Here’s how to get started:

Spell you entire name and and do the exercises that corresponds with the letter while taking tiny breaks (no more than 30 seconds) *option: Repeat 2x.
