Squat Challenge

December 18, 2015

You have 1 minute. GO!

We invite you to take our one-minute squat challenge and see how many squats you can do in just 60 seconds. This simple body weight movement can be preformed anywhere and tones the entire body. Push yourself and your heart rate will climb.

Always use proper form:

  1. Stand with feet a little wider than shoulder-width apart, hips stacked over knees, and knees over ankles.
  2. Roll the shoulders back and down away from the ears. It’s important to maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
  3. Extend arms out straight so they are parallel with the ground, palms facing down

Beginners use a chair for balance support.
