Stay On Your Wellness Game

The holiday weight gain is REAL people! No matter how strong your wellness game is in summer months—smoothies and fresh veggies all day, am I right? As soon as the holidays hit, out goes our wellness plans. Well, you are not alone.. I read an article from Cornell University that discovered that in the U.S., weight begins to rise throughout October and November, and peaks 10 days after Christmas. While average weight gain wasn’t large, approximately 1.3 pounds, the number is still significant and concerning to many. Ten days after?? AHHHHHH! Ok we definitely need a game plan!

Here’s 3 of my best tips to stay on your wellness game during the holidays so your body and mind will be feeling #merryandbright:

 

 

The takeaway? By setting yourself up  for success during the holidays, you’ll be feeling #merryandbright and you may not have as much weight gain to shed after it’s all said and done.
