Stress Diffusing Flow

This flow is primarily designed to calm the mind and body while relieving muscle tension as we take the focus to the breath. Find a quite place to practice and give yourself 30 minutes to bring yourself back to a peaceful state.

SB1: Our SB1 flows are set to build your yoga foundation as we practice all the fundamental yoga postures. These flows are designed to work every muscle through movement and breath.
What you need: Yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. Wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in.
