Set aside 10-20 minutes and try out this demonstration of Surya Namaskar B.   Try to perform the exercise 3-5 times (both right & left side) listening to your favorite music.  Enjoy!

    Looks like a good work out. I can try to do some of it to bring relief to my spine. and body. I can not get down on the ground yet. I will give some of it a try after work.
