Thankful for Yoga

“Give thanks for a little and you will find a lot.”

With all the stress surrounding the holidays, it’s important to remember what they’re all about—especially when you’re on your yoga mat! Yoga helps us to slow down enough to really focus on the important stuff. So, try 3 of my favorite yin yoga postures to help you slow down and chill out.


Pigeon Pose: Hold the posture for 1-3 min on each side.


Seated Wide Forward Fold: Gently walk hands out in front off you till you feel some intensity. Hold posture and breathe 1-3 minutes.


Cobra Pose: As you compress the spine, keep your gaze looking forward. Hold 30 seconds repeating 3 times.
