On the show, we discuss fitness, nutrition, and how to find a work life balance for the working professional. We interview other influencers and wellness pros that share powerful motivation and inspiration so you can hustle and achieve your goals! But most importantly we keep things real and we'll make you laugh so you can stay sane in the process.
I agree, “take your power back” is just a buzz phrase and meant to create rifts and imagined slights. Introspection puts things exactly where it belongs. Yes, sometimes other people do things that positively or negatively effect us, but ultimately the majority of how things go is up to us. Either we are handing our lives over to others (as you both indicated) or we do our best to do our part. Introspection gives us the opportunity to see how to better do our part.
