“You have a mind, but you are not the boss of your mind. Often, your mind is the boss of you.”

Your mind is your most valuable asset. Whatever is going on in your mind can make you happy, sad, miserable, anxious, successful, energized or exhausted. In other words, the quality of your mind determines the quality of your life.

So, then, what is the value of meditation you ask? Meditation is POWER! It helps you to know your mind, and gain control of your emotions. Which in turn affects everything else, in all aspects of your life.

Gain the skills that meditation will give you. We think these are so amazing that we actually like to call them “Powerful”

    I really enjoyed this podcast…thanks for sharing. I do hypnotherapy for pain management but you have to completely give yourself to this therapy 100% for 40 minutes each session. Although it absolutely works for pain, stress relief, etc. it takes a lot of time. I’ve always viewed meditation the same way so I’ve never pursued it. Thanks for the helpful suggestions so that you don’t have to completely stop what you’re doing to get in-touch with your mind/body. It’s good to take a few minutes for yourself several times a day. There are also several apps you can load which help with guided breathing. I use Headspace.
