Total Body at Home Workouts

No gym? No problem. We have designed two total-body workout at home workouts, all you need to get super-fit is your own body–it provides enough resistance to sculpt a lean physique. Engage as many muscles as possible while moving from one exercise to the next to keep your heart rate high.

To create a balanced exercise program, workout two to three times per week. Be aware that your weight may drop at first but then increase slightly as you build muscle mass. If ever you reach a plateau, simply increase the intensity and/or duration of your workout.
