This wrap is packed with ingredients that keep me full throughout the day without feeling like I ate too much. I’ve noticed that eating a heavy lunch can result in an hour or so of low energy. To avoid that I try and consume as many fresh vegetables as I can instead of pasta, bread, and other heavy carbs. I love this wrap because it’s light and easy to put together and absolutely delicious! It’s also vegetarian and works great for Meatless-Monday meals.
