WEEK 1- Warrior Challenge

Rise to The Challenge

Life is essentially about “rising to the challenge.”  We believe the greater the challenge, the better the opportunity for a person to demonstrate how great he or she can become.

Instructions:

Week 1 Teams will “Conquer the Wall.” To conquer the wall, it takes a total of 900 exercise minutes as a combined group. Each challenge participant will be responsible for tracking 30 minutes of daily exercise. *You can you can make up exercise minutes by doing additional minutes on other days if needed.

Team TASK: “Conquer the Wall”

Each participant will perform 30 minutes daily exercise. Participants are allowed to do any vigorous physical exercise. Some examples: running, jogging, brisk walk, cross training, fitness class, power yoga, etc.

    I am excited to get started even though I might be slower, I will give it my all.
    And have started to a great start.

    I signed up for group 3, but Jonathan didn’t have my E-mail listed on any of the groups. I sent him an E-mail today. I will still plan to be on group 3 that I signed up for unless I hear back differently. I am excited for the group challenge!

    I like that we are all looking out for each other and motivating each other to do the required Warrior Challenge tasks. The Team concept always works best because Together Everyone Achieves More (T.E.A.M.).
