Week 5 – Highlights

Kick off week-5 with focus…

Eating clean is a game changer, supporting you and your team to success. Our reliance on processed foods and snacks is undoubtedly one of the primary factors driving our skyrocketing obesity and disease rates. The truth is, processed foods contain carefully orchestrated flavors and other sensory factors designed to be as addictive as possible.

Task: EAT CLEAN! Over the next 5 days we challenge you to eliminate the bad and focus on the good. Refer to the green and yellow food guide given during week 1 of the challenge. Cut out the red and give your body the nourishment it deserves.

Week 5 Recipe

You know those addictive foods that, once you start eating, you can’t get yourself to stop?

We are talking about chips, french fries, nachos, you name it. There is no having “just one”, which gets to be a problem when you’re trying to keep things healthy. We’re here to help you out with this delicious snack you don’t have to feel guilty about eating.
